Add a feature to remove clip bell notification from recordings#1264

I noticed you guys were in progress of developing multiple audio channels for things such as Discord and other apps making noise, but I feel as if that you guys should also consider making it so that when users clip, they are notified through the usual bell, but have the option to remove said noise from the recording itself. It can be somewhat troublesome when hearing the noise in a clip, as it feels like it taints the clip. Thank you for reading and putting in consideration for this suggestion.
