Mute the clip sound alerts within clips, by default#2524

As much as i’ve enjoyed using Medal for the past couple years, unfortunately, the Overlay for exclusive fullscreen games has been borked for much longer than a year despite attempts to fix it. Clearly Medal can now differentiate between audio streams, so it would be trivial to mute the clip sound coming from the Medal application? As in, you’ve just taken two clips next to each other and the second clip has the sound in it
