Add a Follower/Friend Only View#778

Please add a New Clip View that only lets Your Followers or Friends view your Clip. This would be added to the “Who can see this clip?” part of the Editor. This would get people to want to Follow you for access to your Clips. This can be similar to how Twitch works with Subscriber only Clips/Streams.

It would also be nice to see a Donator only Option too.
