Blocked people/privacy#3702

I believe it should be a feature that you can set (or have as a default preferably), to where if you block someone they should not be able to see your content anymore. I personally have had some people that I have blocked, and I do NOT want them seeing my videos. It feels like a privacy breach, and basically it’s like you don’t even block them at all. What’s the point in making it so they can’t comment and tag you if they can still see all your stuff? I’m sure 99% of users that block people on here are under the impression that those who they block cannot see what they post; not just not being able to comment etc. Please do something about this; it’s honestly stupid.

This would only be possible with follower only profiles since Medal profiles are currently public by default so if the user is logged out they can still see it
