Privacy settings for followers/following#2466

Similar to Steam’s privacy feature to hide your friends from certain people/everyone, I propose that kind of implementation to Medal. I don’t really want everyone on Medal to know everyone I’m following or is following me, and the setting wouldn’t affect anyone as anyone could just turn it on or off on their own accord.
