Introduce a "Friends Only" option along with the current Public and Unlisted settings#2101

Having a “Friends Only” feature would be beneficial because it would allow for all my friends to see my clips without me having to share each one individually with a link (which is a bit of a pain) and not have everyone see my clips. I feel some or most people would benefit from this feature and it would make sharing clips with friends more user-friendly.

Any consideration to add this feature? It has 6 upvotes already.
