allow assigning multiple push-to-talk keys#1339

It would be super useful to be able to sign more than 1 hotkey (hell, even just two). For example, mine is currently bound to “v”, which is my discord push-to-talk, so it records my discord audio when I talk to friends in clips, but if I’m playing a game like Valorant, CSGO, etc, my push-to-talk in-game is “y”. When using a mixture of this (duo queue with a friend + talking to others in-game), I can only have medal pick up just one currently.
