Entire Account Private#1136

My suggestion is just allowing people to make their entire account private. Some people want to save clips just for themselve and not have to just unlist all of them. I think this is needed and wanted

I clip very often.. good clips, bad clips, funny clips, embarrassing clips, so having my entire profile private would be wonderful!!
