Adding Clips from PC storage/Medal App for Console?#97

Console players unfortunately do not have a way to upload clips to Medal (As far as I’m aware). However, we can upload clips from console to our PCs (At least with Xbox through OneDrive). Could it be possible to create a compression algorithm to go through a game clip and add the Medal water mark, in order for it to be uploaded from PC storage? Thank you so much!
