Change EDITOR so it doesn't require full screen.#816

Currently, in editor, you must have the Medal window Maximized to see anything. Sometimes I have other windows open and it causes medal to take up my whole screen; and screenspace is valuable.

The attached screenshot shows the medal editor window when I have medal not maximized.

The second screenshot is the editor in full screen–this is my whole screen!! Not a fan of this design.

Medal definitely should work on both maximized and the minimized options. Thank you for reporting this, we will send out a fix for this as soon as possible.
