Split up the Recorder Sound Alerts#719

I would be nice if the Recorder Sounds Alerents are split up in the options so you can disable/enable them for the different actions. Personally I find it really annoying that everytime I make a kill I hear a sounds while having ICYMI enabled.

I can ofcourse disable the Recorder Sounds Alerts all together but then I am not sure I actually started the recording/made bookmark.

This makes sense to me!
