Work on Mac more#587

Of course mac is not meant for gaming and windows or Linux is a hundred percent better but an amount of people still use Mac to at least play with decent graphics. Maybe you could work on it more? Add quality settings probably when it comes to resolution or add the medal app just like on windows. Hopefully this could happen soon.
