Do not allow untitled clips to be uploaded#573

Do not give the option to upload untitled clips, there is no point in having spam videos that have no content, it will optimize the content and the purpose for which the platform is intended — I watch for pleasure in the clips and suddenly I see some short clips without content (meaning nothing special, not even Gameplay, just writing in chat) and they are also untitled, etc., I would be very happy for you to filter the best content for us! — Thank you so much for all the work for the community!

How about for clips with names to be uploaded for the content part of medal and the untitled to just stay in that persons profile like regular? this is still a software people use for clipping and thats what drew people into using medal.

@Baddiebad If people do title their clips, it’s better for your personal library too, since it’s now searchable
