Webcam in Medal.#554

Medal should add a webcam setup. #1, its going to be like the audio setup where you can choose which webcam you want, and hopefully #2 is that you can adjust the size and the area of where it is put on the screen. :)

You can now choose which webcam you want and which corner of the screen it is in.

but can you resize it and if you can how?
