Restore ability to make FSR clips up to 5 minutes (currently 1 minute)#546

I don’t see the benefit behind this change unfortunately. Functionality has been actively taken away from us now that we’re unable to clip extended-plays. Yet without using FSR, you can clip up to 2 minutes - so what’s the difference? Why arbitrarily limit FSR to 1 minute? If cloud storage space is the issue, please consider letting us trim clips up to 5 minutes again from FSRs, but disallow us from uploading them.

@Josh Lipson Thanks for the swift reply last time, though it seems this issue has returned and clips from FSRs are again limited to 1 minute :(

@Jimdbob Hey there! We can confirm this is a bug in our Early Access build. Our Live build is working with 5 minute FSR clips. We’ll release a fix for this with our next update in a few days which will also have some cool new editing features!
