Allow disabling of Extended Roblox Rich Presence#4214

Currently, if you have Medal’s Discord Rich Presence enabled and are actively playing a Roblox game outside of the launcher, it shows the exact game you are playing, completely ignoring Roblox privacy settings. I find it a privacy concern for users to know the exact game I am playing, though I still want Medal Rich Presence for Roblox. I just feel a feature should be created to toggle between displaying specific experiences. :)
