Fix this. Now.#4180

I have been using Medal for about 6 months, I was very pleased at the start. After using it for those 6 months, I have some things to say. 1. There have been videos I have clipped, then edited, and they completely reset the edit with time. I went through old clips recently, a big section of my videos’ edits were reset. 2. Videos are not showing up on my Medal. I went through the entirety of a game’s clips looking for a few clips, and all of them were not present, this was directly after editing them, these videos being the ones that had their edits reset. After I finished one, I couldn’t find the others. I went through the entire game section of that game looking for them, and after I restart my PC, they show up and I have no problem finding them. There have also been times where clipping just does not clip in total. In general, Medal is not a great clipping app if these problems persist. Fix them please, as it is making me and a good bit of people I know not so satisfied.
