Allow blocking clips of specific games to avoid spoilers#4165

I haven’t finished playing a specific game yet, but since I’ve clipped it on Medal before I get recommended clips of the game from other people. Sometimes the thumbnail will show something I haven’t seen yet, or autoplay sends me to a clip I didn’t click on and don’t want to watch. It would be very convenient if I could just block getting clip recommendations of this game entirely to avoid spoilers.
