Export/import settings#4146

Hi Medal.TV team!

I’d like to suggest adding an option to save, export, and import the application’s settings. This would make it much easier to reinstall the program or set it up on a different computer without having to configure everything from scratch.

It would be a great quality-of-life feature, especially for users who customize many settings. I hope you’ll consider adding it in a future update.
