Importing our own mp3 files to edit within the medal app#4131

Please make it so that we can import our own mp3 files and music to edit within the medaltv app. It used to be a feature before soundbytes were implemented and now we can’t anymore. I believe this would make the editing in medaltv a lot more usable and lessen the requirements on external editing softwares.
