Keybind to save clip to album/folder#4106

Something along the lines of adding a toggle in Medal’s clip settings to “Enable Clipping to Albums.” When enabled it would add a dropdown menu for each hotkey in the “Clipping Hotkeys” section which would allow the user to make specific keybinds save a clip to whichever album selected.

This could be useful for games like FiveM to organize between “shoot outs”, “rdm”, “glitches”, etc
