Fix the "Profile Recommendation Services"#4100

Details are in the title. Lets me click it, but it won’t turn off. Literally the ONLY optiont that does this. All the other ones allow me to turn them on/off without issues. This is annoying and Medal is reminding me why I never used it in the beginning.

This was a bug that should already be fixed on Early Access. The fix will be on the next app update.
