Subject: Feedback from a user who wants to upgrade to Premium (Library UI Improvements)
Hi Medal Team,
I’m a huge fan of Medal. I love using the service to grab clips, save my funniest gaming moments to the cloud, and clear out local storage on my PC. I am genuinely looking to subscribe and upgrade my account, but right now, the library organization UI is holding me back.
Currently, managing a high volume of clips feels very cluttered. The main issue is that everything floods into a single main feed area. Even when you try to put clips into folders, they aren’t actually “moved” out of the main view—they are just copied, which ends up making the library feel even more disorganized and mashed together.
I would love to see a structured file management system similar to how Samsung handles files:
Automatic Summaries by Date: Instead of one massive feed, clips should automatically group into clean sections or folders based on the day or week they were taken.
True “Move” Functionality: When a clip is placed into a specific folder, it should cleanly move there and be hidden from the main unorganized feed.
If the UI made it easier to segment, organize, and delete files without everything piling up into one big dumping ground, I would hit the upgrade button instantly.
Hopefully, the dev team can look into improving the library UI/UX soon!
