Custom Microphone per game#4002

this could’ve been added
2 years ago…

we need custom audio input per game… I need, and most PCVR users need it.

for reference we can manage whatever output we want under custom game settings
we cannot do that with input/microphone and that is a problem…

change the “per game” settings to just entire separate settings configs atp
