Add a medal AI for clipping and similar things.#3957

Instead of just having a voice recognition of “medal clip it” or similar, have it to where you either have an AI or multiple options for different clips. Such as “clip the last two minutes” or “clip that kill” for specific functions. The voice recognition might need a bit of work though due to a few mistakes usually happening.
