Detect game events but not clip#3878

Add a setting to enable events (create bookmarks for it) but not auto clip it so it doesn’t clog up the clips.

All events we detect are automatically added to session recordings as bookmarks. If you don’t see them, click the “Bookmarks” button in the FSR player and enable them!
