Overlay Toggle In Editor#3872

The video overlay is really nice, it allows us to show button inputs, mouse inputs, etc, but it can be very easy to forget that it is on, and it is visible in the clip when we don’t want it to be. The video overlay should be able to be toggled visible/invisible in the editor, so that it doesn’t get in the way when it isn’t supposed to.
