Dynamic volume/opacity in editor#3865

The ability to manually fade opacity/audio with a bar on the track that you can add points to split adjustments. similar to Adobe Premiere, as most high school level video classes use something to that effect, it would make the software moderately inviting to those who already have familiarity with video editing software.
