Exclude client recording#3863

Some games have its own clients that arent part of gameplay, like IRacing or League of legends. Medal is recording them and acts like its the game itself. Problem is that the clients arent mostly turned of when the actual game starts resulting in incostintent recording. Also cause very long videos of empty client when left turned on. Would be nice to be able to turn off client recording or be able to exclude specific programs to be not recorded (its now treated as one game so dissabling it dissable the game aswell).
