Add a togglable feature where clipping restarts the recording instead of keeping what you may have already clipped#3859

I’m personally not a huge fan of how Medal keeps the same amount of time recorded regardless of when you clip. (e.g. I have clipping set to 3 minutes, I clip once, and then something else happens where I clip again, but 3 minutes have not passed since and it keeps anything that was caught in the previous clip in the new one)
I’d like a feature where you can make clipping restart the recording after each clip, instead of just clipping same the amount of time you have set. It would save me time with trimming & editing and would probably also help with storage space especially when getting many clips at once.

I know there is a feature to set multiple clip time hotkeys that I could probably use to avoid this but I’m personally not a fan of using multiple clipping keybinds and I feel like it would be simpler for me with something like the suggestion above.
