Addition to clip trimming - Splitting#372

Be able to split certain parts of a clip and delete the downtime between highlights within a clip, like you would be able to do in a video editor.

p.s: I searched splitting and trimming to find a suggestion like this since it’s probably highly requested but i havent found anything
