Add Azahar please#3704

Azahar is a 3DS emulator, I’ve had a lot of moments with games that I’ve wanted to clip, but sadly y’all don’t have it. There could be risk of legal trouble? I’m not sure how that stuff works tho. I used the guide for adding new games to get a txt file hope that’s what ya need to get it in your library!
