Whitelist program to the "Game Audio Only" setting#334

It would be great if we could add a specific program to a whitelist over programs that it doesn’t have to remove the audio from. That way we would still be able to record insane reactions from friends in a Discord call once I no scope a kid in CS:GO, while still blocking stuff, like, Spotify.

Unfortunately it would be quite difficult to make this happen. Unless Windows 11 offers something to make this happen, I’m going to reject this for now
