Be able to sort clips into folders, and automatically put new videos into them.
This feature would be greatly appreciated. Personally, I use medal to not only clip gameplay moments I enjoyed – but also interactions I’ve had with other people whilst playing my piano in voicechat.
Being able to easily sort my clips by assigning them to different folders, would make it SIGNIFICANTLY easier to find and share specific kinds of clips I’ve made.
yeah please
Pleasssssssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeee
I would like if you could do a folder, like in the Windows-Explorer. So you create a folder, name it and then you kan pull the clips into it.
@Brandon: I agree with what Juan said. As an example, I have some CS:GO clips that aren’t as quality (recorded later through demos or whatever other reason) that I keep for myself but not to upload – being able to group those into a folder and tuck them away to reduce the clutter when I’m scrolling through my other clips would be nice. The same goes for separating clips that I’ve already uploaded, clips that I intend to edit, clips that I intend to throw in a montage later, etc.
Folders would be an awesome addition and really helpful for organization.
Yeh we would just like to create our own folders where we just select our clips and then click “Move to Folder (name)” would be very nice to have since i like having everything organized and be able to find clips from a long time
@Brandon Any updates?😉
This is a QoL upgrade that’s desperately needed. We don’t need new fancy editing features or “meme templates” that hardly anyone uses, just simple user experience upgrades like this suggestion.
We are exploring ways to offer some sort of folder structure, user tests are happening now.
FWIW though, people do ask for editing features – and typically these features are worked on by different teams. Usually getting one feature doesn’t take away from the time it takes to get another
still would really love this featue :)
@Brandon Any updates? For this to be the 2nd highest voted suggestions it’s kinda odd that it hasn’t really gotten much activity (or any tags (especially since you said that user tests were happening))
