Let people download their own videos with the watermark and outro regardless of if they have premium or not#2480

making people pay money to download their own clips without watermarks is pretty scummy. I know the simple solution here is to just to not upload videos if you dont want to put a watermark on it, but imagine all the people who posted a bunch of clips for fun and then went back to download them because you automatically delete the file, just to realize that when you download the video again it has a watermark promoting their own medal page.
