Easier Accessibility to tagging people and clips#2344

There’s some cool features like auto tagging, etc, but they require you to have settings turned via medal. I wanted to kindly suggest the creation of where you can automatically tag people or have clip tags set to default, as I have friends that I’d much rather easily tag.
