Skilled player program#2323

Is the skilled player program ever coming back? Also if it does come please do not add stuff like “skilled players” searching options/filters etc. because people will just start turning that filter on and players that are not on the program will see a drastic decrease in views (which would just straight up suck) but instead maybe add just “skilled player” badges back to medal maybe as a small rewards for all the dedicated gamers :)
