filter OUT certain tags when searching my library#2273

Currently you can filter your library and ‘free up space’ menu by searching for specific tags. But, let’s say you have a ‘favorite’ tag you use when trying to know which clips to keep.

I want to make sure I DON’T delete those, but still have all other clips available.
