CS2 autoclipping#2112

Right now the autoclips for cs2 are complete dogshit! every kill, and i mean every single kill gets its own clip, if you make a 4k in a round it makes 4! fucking clips for 1 round. pls fix

It also clips rounds where i didnt even kill a enemy, it detects my teammates killing as my own and makes a clip out of it, i have like 50 clips from a single game cmon

You can disable it from settings>clips and recording>cs2 and then disable game specific clipping such as clip on headshot and such. I think the automatic clipping on cs2 is so stupid. Like why would you want to clip every kill and every headshot? Medal team please fix.

Like you mentioned, you can disable it if you don’t want all the clips.

But if you want a better automatic clipping what would you like it to be set too instead? Maybe if there are more than 3 kills in a row?

I think 3k could be a good minimum. Its a bit hard since in cs it might not me the amount of kills but the way you get them that makes the clip good. But yeah i think 3k, 4k, ace is good. 1vX could also be a thing mayne?

With other software I was using Outplayed, it auto combines the clips, so for example if theres 4 kills over 30 seconds, it makes it into one 30 second clip instead of 4 different clips. They let you customize the record time in seconds before and after the kill, so if I do 10s before and 10s after if there’s any overlap of hey this second kill was 9.7s after the first one it combines into one 29.7 second clip. Then if people want the individual kills they can trim as opposed to having to combine clips frame perfectly themselves.

Please do us the favor of making more features! I just missed my favorite moment of the day, and I realized it could be saved with auto-clipping. However, I’m not going to auto-clip every kill or headshot. I’d love more options!
