Some Sort of Mixer Similar to SteelSeries Sonar#2107

SteelSeries has their own application for clipping and an audio mixer and such that lets you seperate multiple audio tracks such as one track for your game audio, another track for any communication app(discord), another for any media playing such as in chrome, another track called “aux” which im assuming is for music playing, and SteelSeries Sonar lets you adjust volumes of each track on the fly and so much more. Additionally, their own clipping software allows you to utilize the game track, the chat(discord) track, and your own microphone while you clip and its very nice QOL as Medal currently only lets me do game audio and my own microphone and being able to seperate discord onto its own track as well would be so nice. If I’m entirely honest I’m in a limbo of using their clipping software and Medal because while SteelSeries has the mixer, Medal records 21:9 natively which is also very nice as I am native 21:9. TLDR, a feature for mixing game audio, discord audio, and microphone audio/ seperate tracks for all three would be the tipping point that would cause me to lock in Medal as my primary clipping software.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! and I’m happy to let you know that this is in progress!

we are aiming for sometime next month to release the feature. It will allow you to record: your game, discord, and you microphone, each on a separate track.

We are tracking it with feedback #1730 . I will merge this one with it.
