Ability to download PS4 game montage clip with Twitter from computer#176

You have just create a new fonction to upload a Video from console and thats was cool but all the time i copy my clip to my computer to make montage, don’t use the ps share, so i think it will be great if you can make the possiblity to accept a videos upload on twitter (with the same # or another) from computer.
