Capturing desktop and discord#1665

Please allow us to use medal for normal recording too such as recording our desktop and or apps such as discord as there are very funny interactions etc. there too sometimes when I just wish I could record on a video :/

For this medal would also likely need to add in the “Choose a game” option something like “Desktop” or “General” option because currently there are only games and unles you select one game you can’t upload anything else that isn’t from the listed games.
