Don't resize window on every restart#1599

Every time medal launches the window size is reset. Pretty annoying having to expand it to be able to even click the minimize button since it’s outside if the small square default size.

Let the window size stay the same as it was at last run?

I added this item to our backlog. No promise on when we will tackle it but it’s on radar now 👍
