Search in Settings#1596

It would be amazing if we could search for a specific setting in our Settings menu and then quickly jump to it.

As Medal gets bigger, we will have more options that can overwhelm the user. Search bar’s are a perfect solution.

We already have settings search in the top right corner of the settings page.

No problem! It’s easy to miss, especially on an ultrawide monitor.
