Close friends list / able to view unlisted videos list#1576

A list of people you can add so they can view your unlisted clips so I don’t need to constantly link them to people whilst having my videos not public, or an option to add who can view the video on the edit page. Feel like this would be a good suggestion :)
(Yes, the image for my concept is horrible but that’s alright. I reckon it gets the point across fairly well.)
