Fix for Text since last update#1566

Since Medal Update August 18th, text overlays have not been saving correctly for ongoing clips. If I save the clip to library and come back to it later, the text overlays would be reset to first few seconds of the clip, which hinders clip production. If you can make a fix for it, many people running into the same problem would appreciate it. Thank you for the awesome update, you’re doing great.
