Fix window size clipping issues.#1559

When the window is too small it cuts things off

@Quack Sorry to hear this is happening! Can you take a screenshot of what you see when it’s too small?

@Sean looks like it’s been slightly improved, still not fully, earlier the X close button would be completely cut off so I couldn’t even click it unless i made the window bigger til it showed

@Sean I noticed it seems to be because of the “clipping: game” box that pops up. So when I close a game it disappears and the “X” close button falls back into the windows parameters.

Of course resizing the window will also stop things clipping but medals window size resets every time the program is restarted.
