Creator Notes for Clips (Viewable on Library and Editor)#1391

Creator notes are a very simple mechanic that gives a Clip owner the ability to write a short note that is only viewable for them. This can be used to remind the creator what to do with the Clip and how to further edit it. You can set these on Mobile or PC and they sync with the clips to both.

Can you give me an example? Are you suggesting something like Discord has, the notes section? Or are you suggesting something like adding a marker at a specific point in the editor?

Still think this is a great idea, hopefully we have time to do it in the near future
