Lite Version of Medal#1287

Medal uses a lot of RAM so I thought maybe a lite version would help with that.
Also make it to where you can both of them and when you need the full version of medal it opens up and when u dont need it , it just goes back to medal lite.
medal lite only needs the settings and keybindings for recording and the ability to see your clips and that is all no editor or feed none of that but if you do need it just add a button that says open in full version of medal
