Keyboard and Mouse Overlay#1278

An overlay that can show specific keys that are being pressed and a mouse that shows scroll wheel, clicks, and direction moved. It would help tons with people who are trying to speedrun, and gets rid of all the confusion of OBS, it would be great if it could be added in without the player actually seeing it on their screen in game and just in the clip too.
